VQ Scan

Medical technique in which a radioactive scanning material is used to identify whether the patient suffers from a blockage in one of the lung arteries.

Each of the two large cavities of the heart. There are two ventricles in the heart, the first one being the lower right chamber which is in charge of transporting blood all the way from the atrium to the lungs. While, the left main chamber transfers blood from the atrium to the whole system.
