How can I check the availability of an item?
We regularly ensure inventory but our customer care specialists (whom you can place orders with) will be more than happy to double check its availability for you.
How do I buy a product?
- Search for the desired product by entering a keyword or description in the search bar located in the upper left hand area of the site and click "Go".
- Scroll down the search results to find your item. Click "add to cart" making sure the quantity of the item you want to purchase is correct.
- After filling up your cart with the items you want to buy and in the desired quantities, simply click "proceed to checkout".
- If you do not have an account with us, select "checkout as guest" under "CheckOut Method" and click "continue".
- Then, provide information pertinent to your order like billing and shipping info. Click "continue" in the "Order Review" portion of the checkout.
- Lastly, fill in your payment information and click "pay now" to process your order.

We deliver via UPS, FEDEX, DHL and USPS.
How do I write a review of your products?
All you need to do is register to our site. Once you've registered, simply click on the item you wish to review and the option to "review this product" will appear in blue underlined letters to the right of the product picture. Click there to voice your opinion!
How much do you charge for shipping?
We have a flat rate of $12. However, this can vary depending on product dimension. Take a look at our shipping policy for more information.
I don't like giving my credit card online, can I place my order with a customer care specialist?
