    There are so many wraps out there that do not cover the whole foot. This was easy to add extra cold packs to so the whole foot is cooled. The Velcro is always challenging, as it catches on things, but it holds so well! Worth the purchase.

    Had significant surgery in the ankle area and this product is being used post healing for when swelling occurs from walking on it or after exercising to reduce swelling. Chills the area right around the ankle very effectively. Chill packet lasts about 20 minutes. I wear a women's size 8 and bought the large star large. Size is fine and I may have been able to go smaller but other family members have larger feet.
