Grace I.Helps with circulation ... no more heavy legs!I really enjoy using the Oribtrek. When it arrived, I just pulled out of the box and plugged it. So easy to use. I have it under my desk and use the remote to activate a couple of times a day. It really helps with the circulation after sitting all day. Legs don't feel heavy. After seeing mine, my sister-in-law bought one for her dad to help him recuperate from knee surgery. These machines are great. The only draw back is the awful clicking noise it makes when you rest your feet on it. (or it would have had a five star rating) Otherwise I love it!

Dillon K.Almost perfectNot whisper quiet during operation; but if you don't place your feet on the paddles it is. A red herring in terms of marketing; as I was expecting it to be almost silent. Otherwise, this incredible machine gives one a workout comparable to a long walk (10k-15k) steps in just 20 minutes using the highest speed setting (5). My leg muscles have become significantly stronger since using it for a few hours each day. For the money, I don't think you can do better. It's actually that good. I am impressed.
