    Very Uncomfortable Placement of Product Name

    Knee Rest: Unfortunately, the placement of their product name is in raised lettering across the knee rest. I have to place a fairly substantial pillow on the knee rest to make this comfortable. When I tried the scooter prior to being dependant on it, I thought the cushion would be fine. When I became dependant on it, I was wrong. If you wear shorts or have your knee/calf exposed, this is not the scooter for you. Brakes: The brakes seem to be either "on" or "off". It is very hard to control them for a smooth ride when riding down a hill. I drag my "good foot" on the ground to control my speed,

    I must say this device is well built. That said I found that it is lacking proper Q&A has some manufacturing or design defects and there is no attention to detail prior to shipping. I am a reasonably experienced biker who does his own repairs. This device is not much different than a simple bike. This was my second unit within 2 weeks, the first one I returned because of a poorly attached brake arm assembly that would flop around and occasionally contact the rear wheel. There was no simple fix so back it went. The more recent one arrived much like the first, nowhere near being set up to ride b
