We ordered this rollator to replace my mother's previous one that hasn't been working well. This one has 8 inch wheels which allow her to smoothly navigate all terrain even her cobblestone sidewalk that's uneven in parts. She's thrilled about the larger padded backrest and the storage beneath the seat seems slightly larger than her other one. Previously she purchased using medicare benefits through a medical supply store locally and with her 20% deductible she paid more than purchasing THIS one without using insurance at all. We borrowed this same model from our local nurses pantry, and my mom really liked it. I was happy when I found Walmart carried it. The first arrived in a bashed up, patched up box, with torn holes in it. The walker had paint scuffed off of it down to the metal, that corresponded with the holes in the box. It was reordered, and the box arrived with two holes in the same spots, and abrasions on the walker in the same area as the first.
