    I replaced my Omron with an iProven BPM-337 through Walmart. I received your product on June 1, 2021 and have gradually found it unsatisfactory. Covid 19 made it difficult to reach you until now. The problem is that since I began using it in late June, I have had to replace the batteries 4 times. I tend to think it is either defective, or the design of the cuff is such that the sensitivity and proximity of the start/stop buttons cause any movement when not in direct use, to turn it on and drain the batteries. Two resolutions: 1) You could exchange my unit for an appropriately working one. 2) Y

    First, the packaging is beautiful. Upon arrival, the box is small, but once you open it everything is arranged exactly as you would need it. It comes with batteries too!This blood pressure cuff is fantastic. It works on your wrist rather than your upper arm, which is a lot nicer to deal with since it has less ability to squeeze the life out of you like traditional cuffs do. The reading is accurate for me, as I have a roommate that is a nurse who manually double checked my blood pressure and found it to be the same.
