    Lumex Walkabout Lite 4-Wheel Rollator, Champagne

    When my physical therapist told me my other Rollator was too heavy and I needed to get a lighter one, I was bummed. My Rollator was a top-of-the-line one, made of steel, with fat, soft tires, and a lot of upgraded features. I searched the internet and looked at a plethora of models. Lumex had a wide selection of colors and I liked the wheels better than many other models come with. I ordered it, hoping it was a good choice. It arrived in 3-days which was a very nice surprise!     Disappointed in reliability of pictures and response to question about the walke

    We asked whether the walker pictured was the same as would be delivered and their response was yes, it would have the straight back and be the same as pictured. When it arrived, it was not the walker they pictured and they would take it back less what we paid for shipping and a $19+ restocking fee. Not very happy as this was for our mother who is over 100 and it upset her to have to change, but had to have a walker to use. Too bad all of the departments are not working together to serve their customers!!!
