    So much easier to get up from laying down in bed. I have it set at the head of the bead so that when I roll over it is right there to grab on to. The way my bed is situated and with a step on the floor in the middle of the bed, I can't have it any other way. I was a bit nervous is doing that since most people have it 2/3's of the way up the bed and mine is 1/4 up. It works! It makes it so much easier to get out.     Helpful for elderly person!!!! Very sturdy

    This hand rail is great for a 8in mattress bed. It does not work with a large mattress because its low. Very easy to assemble and does not come out once placed under mattress. Very sturdy and easy grip for any person. Highly recommended for elderly person who needs some extra assistance to get up. Also for someone who just had surgery and needs an extra hand to get up if they sleep alone.
