    Due to Covid-19, we had to have this Invacare full electric bed (and the mattress we also purchased at Express Hospital beds) shipped to my mothers care home. First of all, I love the website. It has very detailed information and photos, which I had to have before deciding which bed to buy. In addition to the detailed description, dimensions and features of the items, the site is user-friendly. After ordering, the shipment was smooth and on time.     Great product and a positive experience all around in getting it during a tough

    The bed itself with adjustable mattress, half side rails, and adjustable table work great. The bed's assembly instructions were a bit vague at one point, but we figured it out. There was a brief hiccup with purchasing the bed online and the inability to track it initially. However, the purchase hiccup was simply my credit card being more secure than needed. The customer care individuals we spoke with were awesome and determined that the bed was actually arriving earlier than anticipated, even though the tracking was unavailable from our end.
