    The instructions are a hassle, so read them all the way through before starting, and make sure you read each step several times until it makes sense. ABOUT THE TRIP ROD IN STEP 2: it has tension forcing it to the end near the hole, but mine was stuck in the column assembly. If you look at the thin gap between the column and the tube, you can barely see the trip rod pushed against the edge near the hole. Shaking will not move it. I had to take a flat nail file and insert it into the gap, nudging the rod until it popped out of the hole. Besides the poor instructions, this table is durable and ha

    Bought this as a replacement table for a garage sale one (different brand) that broke. Price was great and home delivery was on time even during the Thanksgiving weekend. Note that this is not a tiltable table top but we did not want that. My wife loves it. As she is disabled and does lots of things from the bed, this really helps for doing her crafts, for meals, etc. Works just fine over our rather high California King mattress and slides easily under the bedframe. The 30x15 inch top is big enough for all that she needs it for. One thing I like about it is that the welding on the framework se
