    Too long to deliver, white glove shipping was bad; quality issues

    The bed looks nice in our bedroom but it took much longer the time I was told to receive the bed. I was called several times by the shipping company to schedule a delivery, only to be told that a delivery was not available yet. Other issues I had are related with the delivery itself and assembly. I paid a white glove delivery but noticed black handprints in my ;ight colored bed, so who assembled it didn't bother to clean their hands before assembling. Also, the slats of the bed move and don't sit tight on the sides of the bed, so we always hear them moving and making a noise when we sit on the
