    box damaged had to inspect unit to see if it was damaged. No apparent but for a few scratches. I was under the impression that i ordered a twenty-two inch wide chair with twenty-four in pad to cover the metal. I received a twenty-four inch wheelchair which is too wide for the doors in my home. How would I exchange this and what's it going to cost me?

    It looks exactly like the picture, comes fully assembled and my husband loves it. I like that the wheels are solid instead of having the rubber ring around the wheels which can pop off (happened with the previous wheelchair and after the second time of it happening, the rubber ring wouldn't go back on). It is light weight and fits into the back of our Ford Fiesta. Great wheelchair!

    This is wider than I expected and much more comfortable than the ones at my hospital! We only had to put the foot rests on and that was really fast and easy; it's great that they are so adaptable. The brakes are sturdy and the wheels support my 310lbs without me worrying.
