    Cannot recommend this item highly enough, I myself was skeptical and didn't think this would do much at all to alleviate lower back pain I had. I spend way too much time in an office chair and it takes it's toll on your lower back more than we realize I think. It had gotten to the point that I was uncomfortable most all day every day just trying to do my work. This took me a few days to get used to, it feels unnatural and that it won't actually make sitting more comfortable, however after only a few days I was already feeling less strain and pressure.     This is false advertising.. THERE IS ZERO MEMORY FOAM in this support pillow. This is just springy regular open cell foam. It does place your lumbar in full arch, and I mean full... Its quite thick and it doesn't give a like a memory foam would. There is little compression or settling that occurs. As a result you sort of bounce on a car ride... It would be so much better if it did include a memory foam layer around a closed cell foam core to promote compliance and a more secure ride. It would also allow the support pillow to conform to the amount of arch that is more of a natural position rath
