Nova Ortho-Med - 2664-3 - Foam Cushion With Cover

I bought this for my son who is in a nursing home and confined to a wheelchair all day. The one they had him using was quite thin and had a plastic cover which was brittle and torn. This cushion is perfect! It's much more comfortable and has a removable cover that can be washed. I'm very satisfied with this item and highly recommend it.

Firmer than expected, but this turned out to be helpful when boosting a chair that was too soft. Top (blue) surface smooth which also was desired, easier to slide forward when you want to get up, but not enough to slip off otherwise. Bottom a little grippy which helps it stay in place. Pad is surprisingly heavy which makes the loop useful for carrying. On a really hard chair (wheelchair etc.) this would provide just modest cushioning, which might be better for longterm use. It will not flatten as much as a softer cushion might. I am glad we tried this cushion, as we found a good use for it.
