    They work and look nice

    These are very much like regular knee highs but they have great compression. They are sheer for the most part. Figuring out the right color is a bit challenging. I've purchased warm beige and honey and I think they both work. But nothing compares to bare skin. I got the small long size as I am skinny and have very long legs but they are a little too long. Not bad, but could be like 1/4" shorter.

    I've worn this style knee highs for several years, but thought I'd try a cheaper style--Sigvaris is pricey. However, the cheaper ones were too tight across my instep-just not enough give there, so returned them and ordered Sigvaris. I really like the Toasted Almond shade--quite natural looking. Of the 6 stockings I bought only one stocking tends to slide down. Can't see a reason-slides down when on either leg. It's aggravating, but only one. I really-really like the rubber gloves for getting stockings on--I have no strength in my thumbs and hands.
